Isis Monteverde is a British wellness professional who currently lives in Bali, Indonesia. She has accrued 20 years of experience as a professional life coach and has also built up years of training and experience in yoga, meditation and mindfulness.

Before she began her work as a professional life coach, Isis was a yoga teacher. She completed her yoga training in Bali and is deeply inspired by the Balinese way of life. Like other residents of Bali, Isis has an affinity for unique cultural concepts such as Tri Hita Karana, aka the three pillars of harmony.

She combines her love of Balinese philosophy with her work as a life coach, helping each of her clients to develop and grow holistically in all areas of themselves as unique individuals. Through life coaching, Isis also helps others to truly understand who they are and supports them in building happier, more meaningful lives.

Alongside practicing yoga, Isis Monteverde practices many other health and fitness disciplines, including Pilates, Tai Chi and body strength training. In addition to her work as a life coach and her physical pursuits, Isis is a committed vegetarian and loves exploring new recipes inspired by her travels. As a wellness professional, nutrition is extremely important to her, and she has a strong interest in health and fitness.
